Handover
When we hand over the keys, our team will conduct a thorough inspection (Handover/snagging) together with the client of every aspect, construction work as well as fixtures and fittings, of the finished retail space.
Together we put together a list of rectifications/defects which we will follow up on with the responsible parties.
The handover package also includes all the necessary documents, permits, warranties, and maintenance guidelines of the equipment in the store.
A staff training is organized on how to handle the alarm system, music system, setting of light etc. as well as maintenance and cleaning aspects.
