Tender for contractors

We manage a large network of building contractors that can be made available for your projects. However, we have no problems working with client preferred companies. 

If the client outsources the tender process to 42 Ltd. we will issue a Tender package to at least 2 potential contractors of each category. We will analyze their quotations, present the analysis to the client, negotiate the prices again and finally appoint the selected contractors.

Should the client wish for us to also sign off on all invoices from the contractors on behalf of the client we are happy to do so. We will check that every invoice is consistent with the accepted quotation and also make sure that the work on which the invoice is based has actually been carried out.
