Who we are

The staff of 42ltd. have a long history of working in leading positions of retail departments/store planning departments and as consultants. We have experience of opening retail shops, sourcing and design work in around 100 countries. Our experience is mainly focused on fashion related retail such as clothing, sporting goods, cosmetics and shoes but we also have a vast knowledge of the luxury goods sector with jewelry and watches etc.

General Services are activities within the store planning context which are not related to a specific store project.

Project Management Services

Project Management Services includes all parts and steps necessary to open a new location, relocate or close an existing location. 42 offer to do all the activities on behalf of the client or specific parts thereof. All related to the needs of the client.

Project Sourcing

Even if the actual concept furniture is already purchased, there are still a number of items which normally needs to be supplied individually for each project. We are used to handle these items and are happy to handle the purchasing and logistics of them.

Handover, snagging, rectification follow up and staff training.

The client was having issues with their expansion strategy due to high establishment cost.

Through a detailed value engineering process where the technical drawings were updated in order to support more efficient production methods as well as costs of installation without loosing in quality or design

A carefully executed tender process

Did we manage to cut the costs of Fixtures and Fittings with more than 50%.
